Heaps of charm and attention from the staff, but the access to the place was a mission, and those prices? Bit steep, bro. Still loved the river views!

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location for Varanasi, really close to the various festivals, the Ghats, walkable distance from Dashaswamedh as well as Assi ghat and Ganges river. Lots of food options just a short walk away from the venue.

It was as expected, had a really nice stay during the visit.

Accessing the hotel can be a hassle, requiring a walk down a narrow, cobbled street of about 400 meters from the nearest drop-off point, which isn't ideal with luggage or mobility challenges. The Ganges view rooms feature small, waist-level windows that restrict the view unless you sit down. Dining options are limited as the restaurant serves only vegetarian dishes and there's no alcohol available, coupled with slow service that can be frustrating during meals.

New-fashioned and neat room for what we needed with a view of the Ganges, basic bathroom, big windows. The breakfast was very tasty, such variety, with very tasty dishes and meals ordered at other times and Indian options. The hotel had a fantastic and wonderful location close to Harishchandra Ghat. Superb services where available.

Impossible to reach by taxi/TucTuc, must walk last 200 meters. No street light at night, making it difficult to venture out/return after dark. No signs on the hotel/streets.

Highlights: friendly staff, location right in front of the Ganges, complimentary boat trip in the evening.
Downside: dirty/used bed sheets, poor breakfast and restaurant, complimentary wifi connection didn't work at any moment

The location was absolutely fantastic. You can easily go walk along the Ganges River in early morning. The room charge includes a boat ride in the evening. You can also request for a sunrise boat ride at the hotel but it would be cheaper if you pick a boat at the Ganges River. The staffs were very friendly and polite except for the boatman who blatantly asked for a tip.
Everything is expensive.

exploring varanasi's rich culture and serene river views
staying at this charming hotel made it easy to stroll around the nearby ghats, with the beautiful Assi Ghat just 1 kilometers away, and having such close proximity to local dining spots like the cozy Bread Of Life Bakery just 500 meters away added to the pleasure of this good experience.

Location is good
- Took a long time for checking in and out, especially for checking out (20 minutes) - Pre-ordered two extra bed have not had been prepared and needed to wait for hotel staffs to complete their operation after checking in late night; tough for my old parents, since they want to take shower and go to bed as soon as possible. - Unfortunate electric down without backup and no A/C for more than one hours at mid night; hard to sleep! - Those above could be acceptable only when the price are reasonably low, but their price is enough high!; No more chance!

The elegance of the haveli's evening Ganga Aarti view made our stay nice. Navigating narrow streets with luggage was challenging.
